I had a second felony dui case with two strike priors and multiple prison priors, the D.A. wouldnt budge under 4 years at 80% for almost 14 months. I retained mr. Graham Donath and within 3 court dates he struck a deal and I recieved a misdemeanor, 90 days house arrest, and probation ! I am so greatful since I just had a baby and am able to be there for him! Highly recommended without a doubt the best lawyer I've ever had !

The day of my consultation graham was extremely confident he’d be able to succeed with my case and get it dismissed from the district attorney and he did!
