Took my Alienware M17X R4 to him with some questions about my comp at first and he took my computer apart and told what the problem was and actually fix a hardware issue then told me how to fix my computer at home with the remaining software issues if i wanted to, I was out the door in ten minutes free of charge. I was really impressed with his knowledge of computers so i later brought it back to him to reinstall windows 7 and make it run like new because it was running pretty poorly. Because i have a gaming computer and two drives in my laptop it requires additional attention when setting it up but George stuck to his price of $150 on all laptops for windows 7 home preimum and anit virus for life. He worked through thanksgiving and fixed my comp and i got it back and my Widows idex scores are now higher then it was before even after he had fixed the hardware issues.... go check him out if ya need help
