They are very rude unprofessional and have thug tatics when you are a little late on paying a bill. Came to my house while I was at work and my wife and three kids were home and did not knock on the door but beat on the door as if they were trying to force there way into the home, then when beating in the door for about five minutes was doing it yelling through the door " rent a center is no joke and you had better open the door" until neighbors were getting concerned and coming out to see what was going on. So I called the office and spoke to Rasheed the manager and he said " should I send out the truck when your home so you can be there and deal with the drivers" I will never do business with these low class "street thugs" who feel that they are some kind of rent a center mafia. Be ware of rent a center and there strong arm thug tatics.
