DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY!!!!Company is terrible. They have no communication skills. Tech made excuses time after time and didnt fix my issue after coming out multiple times. Good luck trying to get a hold of them. They never answer the phone.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AHS ( they're another issue) assigned this conoany to give a second opinion on my duct work. Let me start from the beginning. I had issues with airflow in certain rooms of the house so I knew something wasn't right but just hadn't done anything just yet. My contractor who was remodelling my bathroom told me about my ducts being bad, this ia how I know, I don't go in my attic. My contractor took pictures. I had a couple of companies come out to give me free estimates on repair or replacing. Both confirmed they need replacing. I said let me call AHS to see what they will cover. Dirt company they send Relaxed Air and Heating said the tears were done intentionally WTH, so of course no coverage based on their diagnosis. I called and requested a second opinion, got these folks. Mike came out he seemed nice at the time, but he didn't give a full inspection of my ducts he stood in one spot which was right by the attic access point, he just shined his flashlight no picture take or anything. He said on the plastic is just torn on the dutcs there's no leaks or anything. I called him the next day to sess if I could send him the pics my contactor took of if he could come back and take pics, his response was you need to call your warranty company, I don't take pics. WTH, so how are you to show proof of what does or doesn't need repair? This is when I knew for sure that these AHS contractors are on AHS side. I should have know when he told me when he was here that this isn't going to be covered. See the attached pictures that my contactor took and tell me that it's just the plastic that's torn.

So far, not pleased with the service or professionalism of the company. A/C unit went out on 7/6 and called American Home Shield for service order. They referred service to this company and stated the contractor should be in contact to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. It is now Wednesday, 7/11, and have had no contact from the company. Tried calling only to get a busy dial tone. I understand they maybe busy due to the heat wave and/or closed for the holiday/weekend, but how about a courtesy call letting the customer know. SMH, if things change for the better, I will change review, but not impressed with initial contact or lack there of! Finally got through and it will take 2 more days for service person to come out. No apology or explaination why they have not followed up. Service cancelled and new company requested for service.
