The repairman was very patient and instructive through helping install a window unit these was a little too big for the space. I appreciate him taking the time to answer my questions and to get everything working in one piece.

Good service and quick response time!!! They were thorough, friendly and courteous. They arrived in a company vehicle, were in uniform, and were very professional. We will be using them again in the future.

This company came out twice to repair my AC. I had to call them more than once to return. After my last calls asking them to finish the job; they would not respond. The owner was beligerant and made up excuses for why they "fixed" the problem and there was no reason to do more. I finally had to call in another AC service who were both professional/ polite and trustworthy. I was informed that T&H had not completed the job and that it was about the motor. "Professional" is a joke. They don't even know the meaning of the word. If you want to loose both money and confidence in knowing your AC was repaired; help yourself. I was not able to leave less than one star and amazed and curious how there record looks so clean and could ever deserve 5 stars.
