What a waste of time. They posted a townhouse on Facebook being up for rent I was interested, so I asked if it was available the women responded telling me to contact a guy named Robert & so I did. He didn’t have all the answers to the questions we had & gave me & my fiancé an application we knew would would qualify because we don’t have anything bad on our record and my fiancé is in the academy to become a police officer. We have good credit no debt.
Make triple the amount they ask for monthly rent.
But the experience was horrible. They don’t have a professional office the office is at this lady’s house in her garage and she’s never there I would go back and forth to try to get a hold of her to turn my application in in person.
I finally did and had to give 60 dollars to her for an application fee. Later that day I saw they posted the listing as SOLD. So if they sold it or rented it out after I gave her all my info why did she accept it ? To scam me ?! Totally unprofessional.
I called her to ask why the listing is marked as sold & she told me because there was multiple people that wanted it, but then she told me she had spoken to one of her “cop friends” & asked him/her about my fiancé which should be confidential.
And turns out we did not get accepted by HER because he doesn’t have a real job !! And argued with me about him not being a police officer when I told her he’s a trainee to become one. All the hard work he is doing and monthly paychecks the police department are giving him isn’t a real job to her because he’s not an official officer ?
I don’t think she understood the process & didn’t let me explain or my sister she said she didn’t want to hear us.
This is just a taste of what happened.
There’s more. Find another realtor if you don’t want to waste your time.
