Worst HOA in existence. They manage Oxford village and ran the community to the ground. The community is 10% funded, over $300,000 in liabilities due, and only $24,000 in the operational fund. They can't afford to do any maintenance on the community. Extremely difficult to get a hold of for anything. When purchasing a property in the community it took them weeks to provide the HOA packet for my lender. I had to show up in person to get the documents. Their excuse was their printer wasn't working. What a joke. With the community extremely underfunded, they decided it was finally time to increase the HOA dues, sounds like they are finally going to fix the budget, right? no... instead they increased the HOA management fee by 20% representing 16% of total HOA dues collected annually. I could find a much better property manger that wouldn't take more than 10% (the industry standard). These people need to be fired immediately, they provide no benefit and don't work during their stated business hours.
