The base was a dollar store vase much smaller than ordered and flowers were in horrible shape and most of your answers to the reviews look like excuses blaming all the order facilities...I blocked you because I am not going to argue when you just blaming someone else for not taking pride in your work

I clean house for a lady that received an arrangement with candles for Thanksgiving. It was really beautiful and she absolutely loved it.

I ordered a wreath for a memorial service that used Liberty as a third party florist. The photos below show the expectations vs reality of what we were provided (The measurement is the advertised size). We contacted Liberty to resolve the issue only for them to tell us that they did not even have the size foam wreath we ordered. The customer service was horrible and we had a terrible experience. Not something a family wants to deal with while they are already grieving a loss. The final thing we can buy for our loved one is a beautiful flower arrangement and this florist took that away from us.
