What a lovely woman who works there. She was so nice, so patient with me and extremely accommodating. And the flowers? Just beautiful!I called the shop to get help with their online ordering process, in fact, I called the shop a few times regarding my order and they were really nice about it every time. I had just had a stressful experience with another florist in the bay area and being that I'm in Southern California and unable see the arrangement before it goes out, I was a little nervous about ordering. I wish I could remember her name but she was so nice and even though she had some  of what I wanted in the arrangement,  she was honest and helpful by suggesting that instead of doing the arrangement that day, which she could have easily done and Im sure it would have been lovely, that we send the arrangement out the following day after she receives her morning delivery so that the flowers would be "hydrated & fresh". I really appreciated that and since I wasn't in a hurry,  I agreed.  The flowers were delivered mid day and they were so pretty. My Dad immediately called me and sent pictures,  he thought they were so beautiful and he even commented on the lovely vase. I was expecting a standard clear vase but they put the arrangement in a lovely gold trimmed one that complimented the beautiful arrangement. She also was able to fit my somewhat long message onto the card very nicely. This arrangement was so important to me because it was for my Dad who has just lost his little brother and I, my uncle, unexpectedly and tragically. The beautiful white roses with white lillies that will open up and bloom so beautifully is a wonderful and touching homage to my beloved Uncle and West Side Florist did an incredible job of being able to capture my feelings and be the messenger of my deepest sympathies and love for both my uncle and my dad.

Excellent service from start to finish, and my aunt LOVES the cute doggie arrangement. Amy went above and beyond to take care of a complicated delivery issue with nothing but a smile in her voice. Ive found my new go-to florist in Redding. Thanks Amy!

Amy cares about her work. She works with a budget and she is more reliable than any other florist in town and I've worked with quite a few of them. She built us a 72" floral halo in 2 days because we needed it last minute, and she's the type to care about the client. This place is definitely our go-to from now on!! :)

This place is beautiful! First off the online order was simple! The prices are reasonable! The quality of work and customer service is amazing. I ordered my mom who lives many hours away from me a gorgeous arrangement lastnight. This morning I called to check on estimated time of arrival to be sure my mom would be home for the surprise. The owner ( lovely woman) gave me a time frame, the arrangement was delivered on time, but that's not the best part! My mom was graced with a wonderful woman who was friendly, and knowledgeable! My mom is very pleased and that is what makes me happy. Thank you very much for the effort you put into each arrangement and delivery! I will be a regular client from this point forward!
