        I only came here to drop an Amazon package, but the store was neat and well organized. Staff greeted me at the door, they were very friendly and offered any assistance. Sephora is in the center of the store it was busy. I have not shopped at Kohls but afterbthis experience will certainly try it when I decide to do some clothes shopping.

        Come in here if you want to get treated like a shop lifter. I had multiple associates follow me and give me dirty looks and when I smiled at them not a single one smiled at me back. I was wearing a body suit with no pockets and i had no purse and i was holding one item. The lady at the check out that is pregnant was beyond rude to me and didnt offer help at all when i said i didnt have my purse and i had a coupon. Normally I am given a coupon right away, but this lady didnt know what she was doing. I normally like shopping here but I am not sure if I will be returning.

        I was ill for awhile and could not shop and now I receive no coupons. I have been a customer for many years and have shopped there since it came to Redding Ca.
