      Charlie W on Google

      image Terrible experience with Vel in customer service. She is rude, unhelpful, and uneducated in Kohl's store policies. This is after she finally stopped simply ignoring me as I continued to stand there waiting while she's on her phone. This store is the most disorganized Kohl's I've seen and lacking in cleanliness. Avoid this location. They need to hire better associates.
