I went to this location on Feb 27th and I love it! The girls working are absolutely amazing talk about guest services they killed it!! So kind and full of personality, they truly try to give the best care to everyone. I believe Minnie helped me out as well as all the other ladies I just can't remember their names .They're such hard workers and I couldnt tell they were understaffed but given the extensive customer service they provide and the amount of guests there were I was really impressed!!

I am writing because I had a very difficult store experience yesterday 02/20/2024 at a Victorias Secret Store in Victoria Gardens shopping mall in Rancho Cucamonga California. Firstly, I walked in with my Victoria secret order I got via my boyfriend via an online purchase on Valentines Day, I did try on the bras but none were worn. I didnt have the receipt but I did have the order back in which I received when I received the package . The manager was very nice as was the associate who helped me find the correct sizes. However , there was another associate that came over to assist the woman who was assisting me after the MANAGER okayed the exchange, and first and not discreetly , she used my nameKiarra , these look worn I said no maam they are not, which I do have pictures can gladly send as they WERE NEVER WORN NOR DO THEY SHOW ANY SIGN OF BEING WORN, and when I repeated that after examining them she knew they werent so instead, then began saying they were 2022 made from a label she saw inside the bra. Then said to her coworker this is a managers job to know this and she should have (manager) inspected these better , completely talking poorly about a manager to her coworker as she stood there accusing me of wearing the bras then suggested they werent just purchased . I spoke to my husband who said they were on sale but when provided with the receipt they were purchased online on 02/11/2024 and received on 02/15/2024 . Also, this rude woman told me bring them back with the receipt and Ill see what I can do for you . Are you kidding me ? There no see if I bring back the receipt you WILL GIVE ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS PAID FOR THEM! You guys need to hire competent, polite sales associate and thats exactly what this rude woman was A SALES ASSOCIATE, a floor maid! I could bring the bras back with the receipt, however, I wont be able to control how I conduct myself with this woman with any grace so rather I will gift these to my niece. You guys are loosing business as is, I know your fiscal year as I am a nurse and one of my patients is one of your many corporate annual fiscal officers, so you need all the business you can get , this is a fact based off your 2022 and 2023 years . I also know at your semi sales and annual sales you do infact place 2022 and 2023 bras for sale both in store and online . I dont appreciate this experience, I will 100 percent be letting consumer affairs know, as well as the BBB , as well as social platform's as I have a great following on many. And here is one more thing, I am of Dominican/Italian ethnicity, I do speak Spanish however , my family prided themselves on learning and speak English fluently when they came here , I was also summoned in Spanish to come to registered twice upon entry and within the experience twice, I dont appreciate it ! It is profiling , I was not a good person to do this to and I will not let this go as it was embarrassing. Hire better people or teach them to be better . I help save lives for a living as I am a 12 year nurse and never on a day that I was physically pooped on would I poop on someone like I was pooped on in your store. Shame on this store, their associate and since you are associated, Victoria Secret in general. Please look forward to seeing this review on the above mentioned. I will put this on every forum possible! That, you can believe.
