Called this store to confirm that they had a Samsung TV that I was interested in. After waiting several minutes on hold, I gave up and called another Kmart. Confirmed that Kmart does carry the TV I wanted, but this Kmart was further away, so I gave the Gold River another call. Got through this time after 5 minutes. TV in stock. The store definitely needs some updating to compete with Wally-world. No help offered until I went up to the Entertainment station and said what TV I wanted to buy. The stock person was very nice and carted the TV out to our car, so he gets 4-5 stars, but the store gets two.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping here. The employees were both friendly and helpful. I needed to find a baking pan for my son's birthday and was able to find help quickly. There was a small line at the check out but they called more people to help and I was out of there in less than five minutes.

Don't shop here. The people who work there look like they commute from the projects. The place is dirty and smells and the employees are rude and trashy.
