Carts don't roll very easily. A lot of workers stocking, but more in the way due to do many customers

Everyone's reviews about Personal care & Cosmetic sections are correct...about half the store is locked up. If you need to buy in these locked areas & have other shopping you get to carry around a lock box with item in it. Self check out is for membership only. You mean I have to pay to check myself out?!? I also went to exchange a gift & because I didn't have a receipt they would not let me exchange it. The lady at the customer service desk told me that it is because people would find receipts others dropped in the parking lot and then go find the items on the receipt and bring them to customer service to get money. When I took back my son's shoes because I got the wrong size by mistake, I did have the receipt this time, I didn't get the money back on my card I got a gift card. The same customer service lady said it was because people would claim they don't have access to a credit/debt card. She said she could put it back on my card but it would be a longer process of verifying who I was. So because there are so many criminal type people I have to jump through hoops to go shopping at this place. I don't care how far I have to drive I will never shop at this Walmart again.
