7 Spears martial arts academy boasts exceptional instructors who skillfully guide students through training. My kids really enjoy their lessons, and coaches fosters both discipline and enthusiasm, creating a positive and engaging learning environment for all students. The Muay Thai classes for adults are also a blast! A lot of fun, awesome workouts, and a friendly vibe. Highly recommend!

I've been learning muay thai at 7 Spears for less than a month and it's been super fun! The instructors and fellow students are very friendly, and muay thai has been a great learning experience. 5/5!

Started due to having friends in the gym. I've had a great experience every single time I've attended class! Stephanie and the other instructors are attentive and care about you and your goals. The class fosters an engaging and constructive environment and community. A great gym for both beginners and those dedicated to obtaining and continuing a fight-ready level.

We love 7 Spears! We signed up our kids back in January 2022 and my children love it. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and they hold different types of activities that my kids enjoy a lot!
