Invictus Krav Maga

We took our teenage girls volleyball team for a tem bonding event and boy did they have a great time! They really learnt some life saving skills and had a wonderful time! We love John And Ute, we are so grateful to them for being so dedicated and skillful! We'll be doing this every year from now on!

I have completed two classes and signed up for a third class at this great studio. John and Ute are passionate about self-defense. The instruction is fast paced and upbeat. I am always given plenty of chances for repetition of skills and have come early to class to address questions. All 4 instructors I have interacted with have been encouraging, professional, and enthusiastic. They welcome you to drop by outside of your normal class time if you have need of additional assistance. I highly recommend Invictus!

John and Ute are wonderful. It is clear that they are incredibly passionate about what they do and go above and beyond to empower us each class. Somehow in only an hour, they manage to provide caring and personalized support to each person while also managing the group and teaching new techniques and approaches each class. They not only teach how to defend against a variety of attacks, but also how to minimize risk and understand psychological contexts. I am grateful to have learned from such excellent empowering instructors.

I took the Womens Self Defense class and would highly recommend! I felt extremely comfortable during the session and left with an immense amount of confidence.
