Kelly is a fantastic acupuncturist. I took my 11 year old daughter last week as she's been dealing with severe muscle tightness in her neck. After just one session, her physical therapist was blown away by the improvement. Kelly is calm, knowledgeable and very reassuring, which comes in handy when dealing with a needle-phobic tween! Highly recommend!

I was experiencing sciatic nerve pain down my leg into my foot. I tried Chiropractor, PT, an inversion table, soaking in Epson salt baths, slept with a bar of soap in my bed (an old wives tale), nothing worked. Went to Dr. McConville as a first time acupuncture patient. I was very concerned about the needles but I was desperate for relief. I am a needle-phobe, I don't even have my ears pierced. Dr. McConville made me feel very comfortable and explained every step of the way.  Not only what he was going to do but why. The needles did not hurt and I had them everywhere (hand, foot, leg, ear, head, arm). We started with a wide  approach then narrowed down to a more specific approach (needles mostly in the hip area).  Dr. McConville is a very genuine/caring/calm person, he listens and sincerely wants to solve the problem. Kelly is very professional and has done a good job in helping me with the numerous trigger points in my neck due to chronic cervical spine pain. I like how Kelly has used a Western and Eastern approach to medicine. I also like how he initially assessed my condition and has continued to facilitate two-way communication with me in each subsequent visit. Kelly is good for those who have never tried acupuncture before, as well as those who have, and would like to see a different approach. :)

Kelly is wonderful! I have been experiencing low back pain for a year. I tried yoga, chiropractic, and physical therapy but the pain remained. After just one session of acupuncture and cupping I began to feel relief from the pain. I am overjoyed that I am on the road to recovery! Kelly is extremely knowledgeable  and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment. I am so grateful  that I came to Acupuncture Healthcare Specialists!!!
