It's a great dealership filled with friendly knowledgeable staff who are experts in their chosen field of taking care of the customer. From the general manager to the finance manager to the lowest service tech they all demonstrated a level of customer service that way way beyond my expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle where they know how to take care of you. I drove over 3 hours to come to this dealership and that is because from start to finish they were about me and what I wanted.

Had a 930am appt....was immediately met with "do you need help" ..and a metion of it was for 9am " but doesn'tmatter" ....upon entering lobby....passed off to person who took appt....overall air of passive aggressiveness when it came to me.....observed other interactions that were very diff. In comparison. FYI thanks for leaving yr liners for me to throw away.

Paso Robles Ford made me feel more comfortable compared to any other dealer I went to. Kevin Shannon is an amazing salesman, he made sure I got the car I wanted for the best price, I was impressed with all the staff, other dealers can be grimy and feel like youre being scammed but I felt welcomed and appreciated here.
