        This is the worst business services company I have ever dealt with in any category. The representative i dealt with, Iveth Rivera, was so far below an acceptable bar I was left stunned. Besides failing to deliver on promises over a month+ she would keep leading me on with false promises. Additionally, it turned out an earlier policy i bought was completely unacceptable for a property. The insurer canceled it leaving me dry and scrambling. I brought in Iveth's manager to just more false promises that never happened. Dont walk. Run to another insurance broker.
