agencys no good they have no people skills they dont care about there employees and there scheduler doesnt know how to do her job your better off goin somewhere else for service

It has been five months since my first review, and my mother-in-law has just transitioned to assisted living.  Comfort Keepers was more than I ever expected.  Personalized, sincerely caring and organized.  Besides the competent and warm care she received from Martha and Consuello, she also had check-ins from Reanne, the organization's manager/director.  ReAnne was very communicative and accessible to our family, relieving any concerns we had.  She checked in on my mom-in-law regularly, was able to connect with her easily and became a trusted voice.  As MIL transitioned to assisted living, we used more frequent home care, and ReAnne accomodated the new schedule on short notice.   Comfort Keepers was there for our family even through the move.  We can't thank CK enough for shepherding us all through this transition!

I was desperate to find caregivers for my parents who both tested positive for Covid in mid-December. Comfort Keepers was amazing to work with on all levels- administrative and in home.  Our contact person was always professional, informative and dependable.  We had 24/7 care by truly lovely caregivers who were knowledgeable, respectful and enjoyable to have in the home.  Any wrinkles or issues were corrected easily and I greatly appreciated how responsive they were to our needs.
