        A very horrible experience!!! There is an employee called Eric, very unprofessional, very rude and a horrible person. He didn't care about me, he didn't explain anything to me, and refused to give me a refund after returning the service after 30 mins without using it. Please stay away from this store, and from EVIL ERIC!!!!

        I have been going to this store since 2006 and I have always received good service. The three guys that were there today, were absolutely terrible. They looked bored and made me feel as if I was taking their precious time. They gave me the wrong information and told me that all phones are the same when I asked them what is the difference between them. I'm really thinking of changing cell phone providers.
