        My name is Nancy I've been buying several things from Rent-A-Center throughout the years from lake and Washington in Pasadena the manager's name is Carin not only is she rude but she went ahead and made herself comfortable and took money out of my credit card without no permission so anybody going into the store be careful and check your credit card this store has the rudest people no communication skills at all

        The refurbished computer i bought crashed. No one will call me back on when it will be fixed. Ive been paying for something that they won't fix. Now it's going to be 8 weeks and still nothing.
