Joe came and did my moms routine maintenance and is great! He was very thorough. This company is awesome. Justin and his team came out to my house recently too for a massive leak and they didn't leave until it was fixed. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with this company. Casey was very professional and helped us out and sent a technician the very same day since we had an emergency situation. The technician, Joe came exactly on the time he was supposed to. Joe was very professional yet very friendly at the same time. He explained all our options to us before he started on what we settled on. He got our propane water heater up and running in just under an hour. Also he offered us help over the phone afterwards if we needed it. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Joe and his company to anyone needing their services. Thanks again.

Our experience with the staff and technicians was above 100% Everyone was courteous and kind. The technician (Joe) was very knowledgeable and had our Monitor heater up and running in no time. Very nice company to work with! I would recommend them 100%!

Recently, a propane leak was discovered in our garage. The gas company determined that the leak was coming from the heater and suggested we not use the heater until after having it repaired. I reached out to Carly at Jason Sanchez Heating and Air and recieved a response in less than a half hour with an appointment for the next morning. Justin arrived on time and did his best to locate the source of the leak but ultimately it was recommended that the unit be replaced. I received a fair quote and reasurrance that I would be contacted shortly. Casey called me with an appointment time and the names of the techs to expect. Joe and Tony showed up right on time and were polite and professional. During the installation of our new heater, they discovered that our a/c coil was rusted and in rather rough condition and should be replaced as well, along with a new condenser. Well, as much of a disappointment as this was, we weren't surprised, given that to our knowledge these components were original to our 30+ year old home. Joe immediately went to the shop to pick up the additional units. Being as it was later in the day, Tony and Joe completed the installation of the heater and let me know theyd be back to finish installing the coil and condenser. Just two days later, they returned to finish. Before leaving, they tested the units and cleaned up. Everything from communication with office staff to interaction with the technicians was better than I expected. I wish all companies provided the level of customer service I received. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
