Essex Solar, Heating & Air Conditioning

My family has several rentals in Shasta county. I've had the occasion to use Essex for several service calls. Had another today. First of all they were responsive. Gave me a 4 hour window then followed up with a 1 hour. Tecnician was there on time, professional, diagnose my problem, fixed and on his way. Looking for a great hvac company. Give the a try. The guy they sent out was rude. The company told me originally I had a warranty on my evaporative cooler when I bought it in April, and then today they stated that they did not have warranties for coolers. He hates evaporative coolers and tried to get me to purchase a hvac/central cooling system and told me what garbage ac systems are, if he hates them so much what is he doing working on them?
