Economy Cleaners

First very positive experience with a dry cleaners in awhile. Very pleased with the care and service the owners /employees put into cleaning my garment. They were even willing to give me my item an hour before opening to accommodate my schedule. Thank you kindly Ecocleaners and will be sure to return to continue business with you in the future.

please read this! I moved next door to this cleaners and was apprehensive about taking my clothes here based on prior negative reviews. Poor decision. I requested the price before pick up as I read from below that others had been surprised by inconsistently-quoted prices on pick up. I dropped off 2 pairs of white pants, a white tank top, and a white skirt. It was explained to me that white clothing is charged a premium rate. I went yesterday to pick up my clothing and there was no improvement on a pair of white pants. The tank top looked like it came right out of a toss of dirty clothes hamper. I laid the shirt on the counter and explained to her that she could not let me leave the store with this. She said there is no guarantee that clothes will be clean. I stated the very disappointing poor quality in the dry cleaning done, and expressed my concern for the high prices and the extra charge paid to clean the white clothing. The woman at the store counter was becoming inpatient and asked me to leave because they were closing. This was at 6:10pm and the posted hours for closing are 6:30pm. She asked me to pay for my clothes and leave. She refused to send my soiled white pants back for another cleaning. She then said "Ok, I will take the price of the tank top off and that is it! then you take your clothes and you leave here!" The final outcome we established was to send the tank top back and I was charged the full price. I have never experienced such outright rude and impatient behavior in this type of situation. Most dry cleaners are happy to send an item back if it does not appear clean or pressed at pick up. Please save your time, money and clothing by taking your business anywhere but here! This cleaners does not care about your clothing, all they want is your money!

Horrible awful service. Gave them 5 white business shirts with some usual stains. Got the shirts back crisply ironed with the stains fully present and ingrained into the fabric.

Cuz they're so damn sweet and friendly!  I don't have time to write a lengthy poetic elaboration. I'm on my way to work anyway!  But they're also quick. I ride my bicycle around town and the seat part of my denim wears out. I usedta take them to a place that would take forever to patch things up. Especially my knee rips from my long-boarding falls.  Not so here!  I get my things back quickly and I don't get charged so much as the last place which I won't mention cuz I don't like slandering businesses.

They always do a perfect job on alterations! was never disappointed about the job they do. It is dry cleaning agency & alternation place so they actually have someone else to dry clean clothes, but I am always satisfied how they clean my shirts and pants!
