I've been using this fabulous service for 5 years now, and they NEVER disappoint! No doubt in a world of mediocre service, their team can receive specific instructions via the scheduler so that there's no language barrier and you get done exactly what you want. Can't beat that!!! I hired her today. They quoted for $40per hour per person. I agreed. I only have a 2000 sqft home and in the past the cleaning was done in 2 to 3 hrs only. These ppl came to rip me off and worked slow to mint money out of me. I had to push them to finish cleaning coz they were not even done with even 1/3 of the house in 2 hours. The maids wasted time by re doing same stuff again n again in the same room. They took total of 4 hours with half things done very haphazardly. I would not recommend as they are only there to mint money. Very disappointing. Services: Standard cleaning, Deep clean

I'm giving this company one star because of how completely unprofessional the owner, Carmen, has been. The crew that came to clean, Inez and Rosa, did a fabulous job and made any adjustments right away when I asked them to. The cleaning crew gets 5 stars and I wish I could continue with them. Now back to the the problem. I have used this company for a couple of months now and dealing with scheduling, payment, and communication has just been difficult and stress filled. When I would reach out for clarification, the responses were short, curt, and lacking of the needed information. I didn't know who I was texting since a couple of people would reply. When I asked, sometimes I would get a reply, sometimes not.. Included in the communication issues was that I had trouble getting payment through to them. I thought that the zelle payments had been going through, but apparently Carmen hadn't received them. Instead of telling me this directly, I kept getting repeated stamped messages asking me to pay them. The problem hadn't been articulated. Once I understood the problem I went to solve it. Turns out that she had to fix it from her end with zelle. I apologized for my part in the problem for not noticing in a timely manner. There was no apology from her end. Again after the last cleaning, I paid via zelle. I got the same message to pay or send a photo of the completed payment. Since I now know the problem, I sent a photo for proof of payment and then heard nothing in reply. No thank you, no "got it", nothing. .So I'm left wondering if she solved it on her end or not. Today no one showed up for the scheduled cleaning. It is all too much stress for me. I guess this relationship is over.
