This Mental Health Urgent care was absolutely amazing. All of the staff who I worked with were very, very kind and understanding. I walked in voluntarily around 7:30 at night and was held overnight due to the volume of patients. Because it isn't a long-term facility, they didn't have beds of course but lots of very comfy recliners! I met with an RN, therapist, and peer that night- all of which were wonderful. The next morning, breakfast was served for patients as well. I met with the NP that morning who was just as wonderful. Overall, they were extremely helpful and in the event of a crisis or anything of the like- I 100% recommend this place! Lastly, I want to give a shout-out to a few individual staff members for their service which was above and beyond! Thank you to Cheryl, Jeffery, Edgar, and the NP Nic for all of your amazing help.

Call first. Theyre currently closed because they dont have a nurse on staff. Kinda defeats the walk in part.

This morning I asked to take a shower. I was told to wait until other staff would be on the floor. As other staff were on the floor, I asked again. I was told, this isn't a homeless shelter by Monica and what am I doing here. That I didn't want services, etc. I am homeless and try to get out of the shelters. Why is it any of her business. I was treated unprofessionaly. This is a mental health crisis center. What is wrong with these people?

Family member checked in for a refill. Kept from calling family and held against his will. Facility produced a mental breakdown and had a 5150 imposed. I have POA on file for the Riverside referral. Going to provide that in a civil complaint. In the process of a formal grievance and heading to the Palm Springs police department for follow up with his case file. Attorneys being retained. If you're on Medi Call, you are in danger of being kidnapped.
