OneClick Cleaners | Laundry Dry Cleaning Services in Palm Desert CA

Customer beware! For the past two months, I have received my clothing from One Click Cleaners beyond unacceptable quality. I always request my clothing to be "pressed only" as I wash all my clothing prior to drop off at this place. For the past two months, I have received my pants with double creases, creases on pants that I did not request to have or some of my clothes were not pressed at all. I asked the owner, Dennis, what is going on, he said they lost their best press cleaner, Maria, and have only Vanessa as the press cleaner. I shared with Dennis my concerns with her poor quality of work, but stated he could not get anyone else, they were stuck, and that the dry cleaner machines did not work properly. (The place does look might run down, needs major overhaul). Dennis did share with me that Maria, their excellent pressor, was going to worm twice a week and that she would be the one handling my clothes. Big mistake for trusting Dennis!!! I picked up my clothes and not only did one of my items was not pressed, but Vanessa worked on my clothes after Dennis promised she would not. Needless to say, I felt beyond betrayed and I contacted Dennis and inquired why he allowed Vanessa to work on my clothes after my lengthy discussion of her poor quality work. Dennis stated he was confused and did not understand what he was suppose to do. I shared with Dennis that he should have called me and. should have AFFORDED me the opportunity to make my OWN decision as to whether or not I wanted Vanessa to work on my clothes. With her track record, I would have gladly picked up my clothes and taken it some where else. I would rather pay $50 dollars to pay for my pressed only item than the $5 for shoddy work. Dennis, you have lost a loyal and excellent customer. Next time you make a promise to a customer, irregardless if you think it is insignificant or not. Your value, respect, professionalism and credibility are based on what you say and do. In this current situation, you have lost all from me.

this place is a great dry cleaners. aside from its location( right around the corner) they are also very friendly and have reasonable prices. I've given up washing my own clothes altogether and now I only use their wash and fold. its quick ( usually one day turn around) and fairly cheap (15 or less for a full bag) they delivery (for free) and even have a student discount. If your looking fora dry cleaner, you wont find any better than this.

I needed a place that could dry-clean my suit fast for a wedding, and I saw that OneClick was nearby. I dropped my suit off, came back to pick it up a day later, aaaaaand it wasn't ready. They had an emergency during that time, but the gentleman helped to finish my suit AND he drove it to my place to make sure I would be ready for a wedding. Crisis averted, and I'm touched by the help with what could have been a real disaster. The price was right too! Would recommend, I'm sure your experience will be even easier than mine.
