Classic Cleaners

I am very happy I found this dry cleaner. I had to have some outdoor cushions dry cleaned for a client. The owners were very friendly, and accommodating, finished in the agreed upon time frame and did a great job!

I have been very patient waiting for my down comforter to be found orreplaced  by Classic Cleaners in Palm Desert off Country Club as Tom  the owners said he would do.I brought in to Classic Cleaners my nearly 6 month old down King Size comforter. It had no stains - I just wanted it freshen up.I paid and picked up the comforter and when I got home, realized I had been given someone else's comforter.I returned it right away and was told they would call me when they located it.I did not hear from them, so I returned to ask if they had found it. Told notold I wanted to speak with owner. I had to return again in order to speak with Tom .  I was told by the staff to bring in a photos, and description, store, and price paid.  I immediately went to Bed Bath and Beyond - took a photoof the name - size and price.  I again delivered to Classic Cleaners as theyrequested.I again had to return to speak with Tom - the ownerI spoke to him, he review my receipt, he spoke with his staff and told meif he could not locate it he would replace it with another one the sameas mine.  I indicated the photos, size, and price I had already given his staff.I did not hear from him, so I sent a certified letter.A staff person texted me indicating they needed my address and emailI had already given this to them via certified letter, and when I gave themthe photos. - but sent anyway.My caregiver purchased at Bed Bath and Beyond. approx 5-6mo priorto me getting it cleaned.  I asked her if she still had a receipt -she tried to locate - she just remembered how much it was and that I gave her an additional $10 for driving and pickup.  She remembered I gave her cashThis was all explained to Tom at Classic Cleaners.  I am disabled, hadsurgery during this time, and been very patient I expect to be paid for the comforter Classic Cleaners lost and the cleaning fee I paid and was never returned.  They have had my money and comforter a long time.  I expect the owner to be a man of his word !
