Do not go here for custom jewelry! Sam and his team made an engagement ring for me that was completely wrong. The band was not what I asked for, all the diamonds were different shades, and two were loose. I requested they fix the errors and was charged more money. After 2 months and 8 visits, it was still different diamond colors and setting was now bent. San told me, Its a custom ring, its not going to be perfect. That should be their slogan finally I asked for a refund because the ring was hopeless. Sam said he would sell it on consignment and give me the proceeds after a 10% commission was paid to him. Yup. He wanted me to pay him commission to sell the distressed ring he sold me I said no. After back and forth he gave me a refund of $1,000 less than I paid for materials and labor. Sam messed up my ring and I still paid him $1,000? Crooked. Will never go back there.

BEWARE. Lots of fake junk here. They like to do the bait and switch with your gold chains. There's many other choices this place is not the one you want SAVE YOUR TIME AND GAS.
