These people are great! I went walking throughout the mall and every jewelry store was the same until I walked inside this store. I had to admit it seemed a bit intimidating walking into this store because of the high quality of jewelry they sell and also I never walked into a store like this to buy a girl something. They talked to me like a real person where I did not feel 'low'. they understood my budget and needs of what I was looking for what I was looking for. they did not put no pressure on me to buy the first thing they pointed out. they showed me on what they have according to the budget i said i had in mind. I bought the item right there and was happy with the service. They talked about their personal life as i did with them. As I was talking to them about different things i want to get, they made it simple for me to afford different items they had when i go back again with their lay-away and their own Kay Credit to pay over time, but soon enough so your not sitting on paying off an item too long. this is a plus to go to...i plan to go here again next week to buy something in time for Christmas;) No problems here..
