I found the hotel to be very outdated. Hot water was an issue. Bathrooms were in poor condition. It appeared to be temporary housing for the unhoused. The hotel staff did their best. The breakfast menu very limited. Absolutely no take out was allowed for the customers to take to the room.

People stole from my room and got no help from management. They are trash.

Typical LA hotels avoiding to take responsibility and action. A group of friends of mine had booked this hotel for Beyond Wonderland weekend and instead of having a beyond wonderful weekend, they were robbed. Robbed and left to fend for themselves. Youd think that a hotel of this caliber would be able to handle situations like this, but it only shows how out of touch and unsafe this place is. My friends were robbed by a group of people who still had access to the room with an old key card. Like, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! No reimbursement at all, no help to catch the perpetrators, not even a bottle of water to ease their anxiety and fear. To make matters worse, my group was not the only one robbed, but they were not reimbursed unlike other groups who were given a completely different hotel to stay in. Do NOT get this hotel unless you want to be robbed and be told its your problem, not ours. You can be the most responsible person and it will not matter. Absolutely disgusting. Also, their breakfast is terrible Safety: No safety at all. Seems like you can get robbed with no problem, but the moment you want to be cautious, youre the bad guy.
