I RATHER DRIVE THE EXTRA 20 MILES TO GO TO ANOTHER ONE FROM NOW ON THAN STICK WITH THIS BOA IN ONTARIO. THEY SUCK SO BAD. THEY NEED A NEW STAFF. I JUST READ OVER 10 BAD REVIEWS. NOT ONE GOOD ONE. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

I love bank of America but this location is the epitome of bad service. We are small business owners and every single time I walk in there to deposit checks they give us the dirty look, double checking everything as if we where given them fraudulent checks. I miss living in the OC the banks down there make you feel like family and they call to check up on you. I came here for at least 6 months to see if anything changed unfortunately service gets worst everytime. Definitely going to a different location from now on.
