I have been here several times, and the one who impressed me the most is the manager (probably the manager). He is older, speaks Cantonese, and his office is close to the counter. I think it should be the manager, if not, then he should be promoted to manager!! This manager is good, very meticulous and reliable. I had some questions and they helped me solve them without saying a word. They even printed out my account details and explained them to me. You can feel respected and treated like a guest. High quality.

There is a female supervisor here who looks pretty good, but her work is really not that good. I went to withdraw money and was asked to show my driver's license that expired a few years ago. I said I didn't have it. Who can bring a driver's license that expired a few years ago with them? . I'm speechless. You asked me to show you a credit card from another bank. When I went to your bank to withdraw money, why did you ask me to show you a credit card from another bank? I couldn't understand. Just like that, I didn't get the money. I am withdrawing my own money, not yours. Why are you making things difficult for your customers? I appeal to my compatriots not to waste time here if they can choose other banking services.
