        Got in an accident and my car was taken to this tow yard. Absolutely horrible people working here. Purposefully causing drama. Said they lost my car. Said they didn't receive my email. When I called, they put me on hold forever and then hung up. Said they couldn't find me or my car in the system. The "manager" is female. I did not get her name. She has a horrendous attitude. Honestly, there is a special place in hell for people like this. Avoid using them at all costs!

        Illegally released my car without my permission, consent with property still in there and have caused and incredible mess and stress trying to get my property and car back, have not seen my car since day if the accident. Incredibly rude people, was hung up on 4 times by office lady and have yet to speak to the manager as he was "out of town" and nobody has called me back to this day.
