        Immediately hostile and unprofessional environment. We went in to retrieve items from the vehicle after an accident. We were proceeded to be treated aggressively for asking questions concerning what we should do and how to proceed about it. They would only speak with the owner of the vehicle who had just gotten out of the hospital the day before and was high on meds. The owner of the vehicle was confused about the situation and almost made to pay the storage fees before I interjected saying before he pays anything he needs to get with his insurance. The reviews are so low for a reason. They don't care about anything besides a few contracted dollars from the mentally challenged fools who hired them on base.
