        I had a car towed by them and they towed it fine. However, they damaged holes in frame for my car and I showed them photos and I spoke with them about it and they said they would follow up with me about it and they never did. I reached out once again and was left on hold/transfer line. They car was damaged and I was just expecting them to prvoide some sort of compesation due the damage of my car frame. The holes were worped and will be unsafe to use those holes if my car ever needs to be towed again. Be careful always check the condition of your car before and after a tow with S&R.

      You need to call back during normal business hours. Ask for a manager. They will help you with that.

      Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I can't find any information using your name for a search. Can you give me more information please? Something doesn't sound right. We don't damage cars and not take care of it. We would not be in business for 40 years with that kind of business model. Looking forward to hearing more about this.
