Administration personnel very harsh when questioned about procedures. Medications come late. Food service comes late. Excuses abound. Caregivers wonderful. But admin cold and egotistical.

Maria at Ocean Hills is very helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions you may have, she is always able to answer. I highly recommend Ocean Hills because its a beautiful community and the team is so supportive.

Tried to call the number because my father sent me an alarming text message, no one answered and the mailbox is full…just what you need when you have someone caring for your elderly parent…

Our 90 year old mom is receiving great care at Ocean hills senior living in Oceanside, California. Our family is extremely grateful to have found this community. Our mom is in memory care and is kept busy with fun and mind stimulating activities every day. The chef assures healthy, appealing food is served. Our mom is always smiling and happy due to the great care. The community is very beautiful, very clean, with the feel of a new luxury hotel. Executive Director Sheryl Johnston is experienced, knowledgeable, kind, dedicated and works diligently with families to assure the highest care is provided.
