Nice facility, but the constant rent raising is shameful. Especially for those who are "founders". We also had a major issue with the med tech supervisor there. Very unfortunate and unprofessional. Our feelings are very mixed about the direction Ocean Hills is going. "Covid" or inflation" is no longer an excuse to price gouge residents.

This place is amazing .. All in one luxury living .. Many amenities with on and off property activities. Very clean, updated and well kept. Helpful and loving staff that gives you the piece of mind knowing your loved ones are in caring hands.

Partnering side by side with Ocean Hills has shown to deserve 5 stars! When you enter this community you feel the happy energy. Residents sitting in the front and in the lobby happy! The care staff are truly caring and know the residents and families. Thank you Sheryl and the
Leadership team for creating such an amazing culture.

My mother in law just moved into this beautiful facility. I have to say that my husband and I are so pleased with everything this place has to offer. She is staying on the independent living wing here. It does offer assisted living also if needed.
They offer lunch and dinner at an amazing restaurant and the apartments are perfect for the residents here. Not to big yet not to small. They offer guest rooms if a family member wants to visit also.
They have great activities such as bingo and have happy hour. They also have a theater room if you want to watch a movie also.
The staff has not only been great with her but also very kind and patient through out the whole process.
I highly recommend this facility.

Ocean Hills Senior Living in Oceanside, CA has been an absolute blessing for our 92-year-old father, who has been a resident since its opening in 2019. The exceptional care he has received has made a profound impact on our family. I live 2.5 hours away from my Dad and both my brothers live out of state so even though we visit as often as we can, we count on the facility to take good care of him. We have true peace of mind because of our experience here. We are delighted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience with this outstanding community.
The facilities at Ocean Hills are nothing short of upscale, beautiful, and impeccably well-cared-for. From the moment you step in, you can see the dedication to creating a warm and inviting environment for the residents. The attention to detail in maintaining the facilities reflects the high standards of this senior living community.
One of the highlights of Ocean Hills is the diverse range of activities and outings offered to residents. It's heartwarming to see all the residents engaged in such wonderful experiences such as card games, exercise classes, local entertainers, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life. The thought and effort put into planning these activities truly set Ocean Hills apart.
A special acknowledgment must be given to the management staff, led by the exceptional Director, Sheryl Johnson. The team's commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of their work. Sheryl's leadership ensures that the staff goes above and beyond in caring for and honoring each resident, including our Dad. Ocean Hills Senior Living provides everything one could wish for in a senior living community. The on-site Physical Therapy has played a crucial role in keeping our father healthy, demonstrating their commitment to holistic care. Additionally, the presence of a bar for happy hours, an ice cream parlor for daily socials, a beauty salon on site, and a gym and activities room for group activities contribute to the vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle offered at Ocean Hills. They also have a bus that takes the residents shopping and to local doctors appointments.
The peace of mind that comes with knowing your aging parent or friend is in such capable and caring hands is truly invaluable. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Ocean Hills Senior Living to anyone seeking a place where their loved ones can thrive in their golden years.
