Looking for a mobile groomer to groom my 3 Shih tzus. Due solely to the responses from the owner to feedback for this company I would never allow them to come near my dogs.

Made an appointment about a year ago and the cancelled as the groomer wasn’t available after all. Tried again last week. They wanted $267 for 2 dogs (both bathed and nails, 1 deshedding & 1 trim around the face and feet). Kind of pricy even for a mobile but we decided to go out of town so it went with it. Appt was for 2:30 tomorrow & got a call today, groomer won’t be available. 2nd time was the charm, 2 strikes and you’re out!

Laughable. I just called to see how much it would cost to trim my chihuahuas nails (because she dislikes car rides, I thought it might be better to have someone come to us) and they quoted me $62 😂 I literally laughed out loud. I even verified “you mean it’s $62 to clip her nails?” And the lady said “yep”. I thought for that price maybe there was some confusion about the service I was requesting, but no, that’s really what they charge for nail clipping.

Whoever received my phone call was a bit sarcastic and not professional. However, I was a little desperate and needed my dog groomed ASAP. They were the only ones available last minute and got me in the next day. .The person on the phone asked me questions about my dogs fir conditions etc. I was honest about some matting etc. he Hal gave me a quote approx $125 which included dematting. When the girl was done my dog literally had bald spots plus the fee was much greater. I paid approx $150 plus tip. That added more for dematting than what was quoted. My dog was not dread locked. It was the worst haircut she has ever received and I as more embarrassed to walk her afterwards than when she was “extra fluffy “. I think they use brand new groomers. I will not use them again.
