        This was the most disorganized business I have ever encountered. They never answer the phone. When you do check in and go to pick up your dog later, they do not know who you are or your dog. The refuse to show us how they keep the dogs. I slipped in behind one of the associates where I saw the small dirty play area where they are kept for 5 hours and then they cage them for the rest of the time if it gets too hot. Horrible unqualified people and a horrible situation or your dog...
