just saw the security officer at the community college in Dublin California. The guard acted completely unprofessional and grab people.

FYI: If your vehicle is damaged by our local roads (potholes,etc) you may file a claim for reimbursement with the City Attorney office for reimbursement for repairs. Caltrans you file a claim if your vehicle was damaged on freeways.
So I went to City Hall to file. I was greeted with such warm and eagerness to help me. ABC security guard Sherie Williams greeted me as I entered the building to be the process of going thru security. She smiled and was very professional. Her co workers A nice Indian lady and a gentleman named Paris Reed went to check if the office I needed assistance from was available. Unfortunately the office closed for the day & Sherie Williams and her colleagues encouraged me to come back on Thursday. 2/22: I return to City hall to drop off my claim. Once again ABC Security greets me showing the same eargness to help me. A young lady named Caprisha Stevenson greeted me after passing security. She then took my forms upstairs to the office to file and brought me a receipt of turning my information to the office!! Wow!!! Talk about excellent customer service. Thank you to all of the ABC security officers that I had the pleasure to meet. Youre kind, professional & knowledgeable. I apologize its taken so long to write this review but I wanted to keep my word.
Now on the flip sidethis is crazy.I asked Sherie Williams to write down every person I had this pleasant experience with and she did. She provided the boss Ericka #. As soon as I arrived home, I called the boss of this crew named Ericka. 1st try;She was out to lunch, lady who answered said to try back in 1 hr. 1hr later; 2nd try; Same lady answered ,said Ericka was not available.This time she took my information ,I briefly told her what the call was about and said she would have Ericka call me,I asked what time does Ericka get off, she said 6pm. 5pm 3rd try: A disgruntled man answers the phone like Im bothering him, with a dry demeanor tells me shes in a meeting.
I gave ABC Security 5 stars because of these 3 individuals:Sherie Williams;Paris Reed;Caprisha Stevenson and their colleagues
I hope the next time someone has something good to say about Ericka crew she will make time to receive & recognize the excellent job they are doing
