I just had the most unpleasant encounter not only with one of the security guards at a store location but also with an Operations manger over phone. The levels of unprofessionalism that I experienced today is sickening. I know I canâ€™t judge the whole company off of two employees but first impressions are everything! For a company that is supposed to provide safety I did not experience that at all I experienced aggressive behavior and disrespect!
