I am beyond thankful that Mike Gatto helped me win a very serious case.  It was an extremely emotional and difficult time, but Mike helped my family and me through it.  It took quite a while to complete the case, but Mike never lost his patience and was more than willing to visit my family as many times as needed to complete the case.  He is a very intelligent person and an excellent lawyer, but more importantly, he is a sincere and compassionate person.  I don't think I would have wanted to work with anyone else.  I hope I never need a lawyer for a similar situation again, but if I do, I'll definitely call Mike!

I'm located in Southern California so I was only wondering if they could recommend a medical malpractice lawyer for me who is closer. Still, I was transferred to an attorney who asked me a few questions about my case. He told me the reason why he wouldn't travel down to take my case (which I didn't expect him to, and the reasons also made sense), and then said he would mail me information about who I should call. Well, I don't have to wait to see whether he even sent the letter because I know what to look up online now... thank you for your help and encouragement.

Got referred to them from Berg. Spoke with a snappy woman who seemed reluctant to take my information. Two days later I get a letter saying because of the limited facts I provided they don't want my case. The one star is not because they didn't take the case it's because the letter made no sense, if you have limited information why wouldn't you call and get more information? The truth is I gave plenty of information but my case is not slam dunk and they didn't want it. The other reason for the one star is if they made the determination that day why couldn't I get a courtesy call instead of a letter two days later? No hard feelings but I think this experience goes to show how they conduct business and it's not to take care of you!
