Mack, Thank you for your honesty. I had asked multiple attorneys they all said dont leave the organization. Thank you, I will post a Yelp review as I read everyones reviews prior and they all said you were honest and helpful. I sometimes need a professional to tell me my decision about myself is valid. You did that for me. That means the world to me. Mack gave me advice without charging me, he is honest upfront and I would never call another attorney besides Mack for any employment issues again. I didn't get help. In essence the state can treat their workers any way they want and get away with it! Pay you when they want, hire outsiders over loyal employees, punish you when you get injured, blah blah blah. CA is an at-will state, remember this when applying with them for employment, especially Permanent Intermittent positions!
