I called Rockridge Health Benefits because I know the owner, Jon. What I didn't know is just how knowledgeable he is about insurance. Moreover, he is diligent and thorough and patient with his clients. We got better coverage at a dramatically lower price thanks to his expertise and currency in the healthcare marketplace. I can't say enough about how good it is to be cared for, and cared about by a professional agent. Jon is an invaluable asset.

I contacted Rockridge Health Benefits to help me figure out individual health insurance for myself. It was super easy to schedule an appointment. I worked with Jon who carefully learned my specific situation and talked to me about all the different options. He was very friendly and so generous with his time! He did not try to sell me any specific plan but, instead, helped me consider lots of different issues that I would have never thought of on my own. All of his help and advice are completely free to he client. I am now signed up for new health insurance and feel really confident in my decision. Highly recommend!

Jon really helped me out after losing my coverage at my job from reduction in hours. He got busy right away and found decent coverage through Covered Ca I wouldn't have known about. He managed to find a high deductible pan that was affordable to me - which was my great concern.
