Super great experience working with Dean to resolve our home issues w/ network/wifi set-up. We had struggled for years with a few issues and we got excellent advice on how to move forward. Dean did all the set up and walked us through all the scenarios that can come up and how to best resolve issues with our internet provider. Highly recommend Dean and the fees were very reasonable.

Dean Bradley has been solving my computer problems (and keeping me from killing myself!) for over 10 years. Initially I called her to help me transition to a new computer. She was so knowledgeable and efficient that I have worked with her ever since. She has completely resolved a wide variety of problems I've had no matter how gnarly. I recommend her unreservedly.

OMG. these guys are great. i tried to clean out the fan on my compac laptop computer. i thought it would be easy to take it apart and clean it out. big mistake. couldn't get the thing back together properly. embarrassing. they got it working great. reasonably priced. and the people working there are super cool. thanks!

What is worse than disconnecting and taking your computer into Best Buy and standing in line at their Geek Squad desk? Or trying to describe your connection problems to someone on the sales floor who has never seen your setup and home? A thousand thanks to Dean for coming to us and helping to get us up and running and connected when our desktop died! When I called Dean, she answered in person and offered to come to our home that day. I am so used to messaging people in different apps for everything and anything and leaving voice mails and wondering if anyone has heard them. Dean came over and diagnosed the issues with our desktop, and also was able to help us our with chronically problematic wifi. Dean is an excellent listener and communicator. She let me know what was probable/possible with a new desktop hard drive and I also really appreciated that she saved us money by recommending a good source for refurbished equipment, and suggesting that I order routers, cords etc directly. She took the time to thoroughly examine the specific needs of our family and home. Fortunately she was able to save and transfer old documents and photos that were important to us to a new desktop with more memory that will hopefully be able to serve us well for many years. She came back and helped set up all the equipment I had ordered, and even advised me on cloud storage and protection for my computer I could install myself. Dean is very knowledgeable and generous with her knowledge. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dean to anyone for home computer needs and I would definitely use her again. Thank you so much, Dean!

Dean was very good at diagnosing my computer issues and then fixing them. I was really stuck and she jumped in and worked her skills. I was very glad I called her and you will be too
