I have used their company for several years. They have always been wonderful. I have a small business with only three PCs that are connected. They treat me as well as their big clients. When I have a problem they can either fix it remotely or come in if necessary. When they do come in they come quickly. They are also very competent, quickly assessing the problem and fixing it. I highly recommend them for smaller businesses like mine.

East Bay Computer Services is highly competent, local and available.  All essential qualities for an IT provider.  Don and his team have been instrumental in setting up and maintaining our office network to the point where IT is just an afterthought.  Response times have been very quick, and the support and advice we've received has been invaluable.
