Our building was good at the old manger and now with this manger is bad cause when we tell her to fix things in the apartment she doesn't fix them and she doesn't go in the rights way I was the first one in the list to get a parking spot and three people went out of the apartment and she is giving there parks to her friends and I don't have her supervision phone number."

Our building it was good when was open with the first management . But nowadays is not the same,some tenant are no longer respect the lease ,packages are being stolen and nothing has been done, illegal parking inside the building. Tenant are smoking inside and outside in front of the apartment and Nothing has been done People are packing bicycles in the corridor. When we report something broken it’s even harder to fixe it. Tenant are putting things in balconies which is not allowed in lease and nothing has been done. I Never expect this will happen here. WE NEED THE BUILDING OWNER TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.
