My brother moved in there 5 years ago and he died 10 months later, I went in and cleaned it out, it still looked brand new after doing so. But they couldn't issue me his security deposit they said he wasn't due one, if I had of known that I would have lefted it worth that deposit.

Seniors over 300, disables, 200 plus single mothers with children are being charged late fees if the fifth is on a holiday or Saturday, Sunday, landlord charges a $50. Late fee as to 5% of what tenant pays. Wont except rent if u dont have the late fee. Never give a rent receipt.
Horrible book keeping. On an on...one star for housing authority.
